The Process:  Engaging, Equipping, and Empowering.

Engaging people to discover and then experience a real and vital relationship with the living and only true God; a loving God who wants to have an intimate relationship with us His created ones.  We are learning to discover who God is and what He has done for us.

Equipping followers of Jesus in how to grow and mature in this new relationship so that God can enable us to experience the reality of who we are in Christ and then experience that reality on a daily basis.

Empowering true followers of Jesus to love others and reproduce into others what God has produced in us.  Disciples making Disciples.  This is a lifelong journey but initially we believe a minimum of 3 years is needed to see lasting results even though in some cases it came happen sooner.

 The Format:  Each weekly meeting is done in a relational setting of mutual dependency where life issues take priority.  Each weekly meeting includes a sharing time, a core truth, and personal application.

 The Environment:  This is a safe place where every member is free to be open and honest.  A place where growth and maturity will be accelerated.  It involves being relational, intentional, and reproducible.

 Modules:  We have developed 3 levels with 3 modules per level.  There are 3 topics that are covered under each module.  Covering each of these topics is done on an as needed basis not in a liner fashion.

The outcome:  maturing, reproducing men and women of God who are more loving, more giving, and more serving toward God and others.
